Scott Theodore, 44, is Managing Partner of the Theodore Financial Group, Inc. of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in Denver, Colorado. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he began his career with the Northwestern Mutual in 1989. Scott has held the positions of financial representative, field director, and managing director, and has been the managing partner since January 2004.

Under his leadership, the office has grown from 65 to 90 financial reps and continues to have an impact serving the Colorado marketplace. Scott has served on the board of Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics and he is currently the President of the REACH Foundation Board.

He enjoys golf, exercise, and time with his family and he is active in his church. He has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and Petroleum Geology from Marietta College. Scott is married to Sophia and they have 4 children, Alexi (17), Steven (15), Tiffany (11) and Christopher (9).
