Rob Grant joined the management team at Newmont in December of 2009 with responsibility for managing the company's global IT infrastructure organization.

Prior to Newmont, Grant has held Executive IT positions at Denver based cornerstones JD Edwards Software and IHS Inc. He received his degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley and has Graduate studies at the University of Maryland in College Park.

Rob enjoys to golf, travel, fly-fishing and as a native Coloradoan he has grown up and remained an avid supporter of all things "Denver Sports". Rob is married to Lori and they have 2 children, Lexi (7) and Daniel (2).

Grant has been a member of Karl's executive team since March of 2005 and remains committed to the vision of creating "Rewarding Experiences for All Children".
