Welcome to Karl Mecklenburg's REACH Foundation website!

It is the mission of Karl Mecklenburg's REACH (Rewarding Experiences for All Children) Foundation to provide Denver area children and youth with educational opportunities and resources needed to excel in the classroom and in life. The Foundation's interactive programs and events are designed to help build a strong foundation through education and outdoor experiences.

Karl Mecklenburg's REACH Foundation invites children to:

And REACH for the stars and achieve their dreams

Karl Mecklenburg's REACH Foundation invites the community to:
REACH out and lend a hand to children within the Denver area.

The Reach Foundation is managed completely by volunteers. Each dollar raised goes to funding one of our valuable programs.

REACH for a Book

REACH for a Book is a program that runs throughout the school year. Each child is encouraged to read at least five hours each week outside of the classroom. The program is designed to encourage children to develop a habit of reading. Children will be rewarded for reaching various goals along the way. Prizes include school supplies and a special field trip with Karl.
